The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a flexible schedule that may include Saturdays. Automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in an automotive dealership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Experience using CRM, DMS, and scheduling software.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Punctual with schedules and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers, build rapport, and set appointments.
• Cover receptionist duties when needed.
• Record lead notations in the CRM system.
• Become fully knowledgeable of products and services offered.
• Understand local competitors and be prepared to compete.
• Be punctual with all work schedules and meetings.
• Respond to internet and telephone inquiries; make outbound calls.
• Other tasks as assigned.
