Job summary

Swickard Auto Group seeks a Sales Support Lead to coach a centralized team across 31 rooftops, ensuring consistent appointment volume and strong conversion rates. You will audit activity, drive outreach campaigns, and align sales support with store goals in a fast-growing dealer network.

Lead by example, cover the floor when needed, and partner with GSMs and store leaders to optimize guest pipelines across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDC, sales support, or call center leadership in automotive retail.
• Proven ability to coach, audit, and maintain performance standards.
• Strong CRM proficiency and ability to coach across a multi-store network.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales Support team with daily feedback and performance expectations.
• Oversee appointment setting across 31 rooftops, ensuring volume targets and quality.
• Manage outreach campaigns and lead engagement across the store network.
• Audit calls and CRM activity; identify gaps and coach to standard.
• Provide coverage and model leadership during peak times and escalations.
• Collaborate with store-level leadership to align sales support goals.
• Track KPIs: appointment volume, show rate, conversion, outreach, CRM compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Support team members.
