Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Experienced BDC Representatives are welcome to join! Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

40-hour work week with some nights and weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays required).

Our BDC Representatives are the first point of contact for customers, handling online/text inquiries and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with vehicle selection and features. Candidates should have a professional voice and be customer-focused. Automotive or customer service experience is preferred.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,000/year depending on experience.

BDC Responsibilities include:
  • Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Responding to internet inquiries to facilitate dealership visits
  • Following up with customers post-visit to gather feedback
  • Assisting customers with vehicle choices and promoting features/services via multiple channels
  • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation
  • Staying informed about vehicles, financing, and promotions
  • Attending staff meetings and training sessions
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice
  • Self-starter with customer service or telephone experience
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Friendly, upbeat, and helpful communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Availability for evening and Saturday hours
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • Sales experience is advantageous
