Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll engage leads, schedule appointments, and provide a top-tier experience through phone, text, and email outreach—directly supporting our sales team and driving showroom traffic.

Whether you’ve worked in a call center, retail, customer service, or another phone-based role, we provide training and support to help you build a successful career

Qualifications

• Prior BDC/call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive showroom traffic.
• Learn and apply scripts and processes to secure appointments.

Compensation

• $15.00 - $20.00+ per hour, based on experience
