Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging leads and scheduling appointments via phone, text, and email to support the sales team and drive showroom traffic.

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Proficient computer and typing skills.

• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and showroom traffic.
• Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments.

Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll engage leads, schedule appointments, and provide a top-tier experience through phone, text, and email outreach—directly supporting our sales team and driving showroom traffic. Whether you've worked in a call center, retail, customer service, or another phone-based role, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career.

Compensation

• $3,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month, based on experience
• Tiered Commission/ Bonus Opportunities
