As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll engage online leads, schedule appointments, and provide a top-tier experience through phone, text, and email outreach—directly supporting our sales team and driving showroom traffic.

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and showroom traffic.
• Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments.
