Job summary

Lakes AFL NV, LLC in Florida seeks experienced BDC Agents to join our high-volume automotive dealerships. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to leads, schedule appointments, and document activity in the CRM to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior BDC/call center experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible evenings and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.
