CarGuys Inc. is seeking experienced automotive BDC leaders for nationwide opportunities across dealerships and dealer groups in the U.S. and Canada. Roles include BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, and BDC Director, with a focus on managing teams, driving lead conversion, and increasing showroom traffic.

High compensation is offered with base pay plus commissions and bonuses, plus leadership growth and training programs to advance into GSM, Sales Manager, or General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or BDC Team Lead.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Track record of driving lead conversion and performance.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership lead management.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet performance goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead the automotive BDC team and daily operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment setting
• Monitor lead response times, conversion rates, and appointment performance
• Coach, train, and develop BDC representatives and internet sales staff
• Ensure CRM processes are followed and maintained accurately
• Improve customer engagement, follow-up, and lead management
• Work closely with sales management to increase showroom traffic and sales
• Track KPIs and drive team performance to meet dealership goals
