Job summary

Priority Honda Hampton is hiring a Sales BDC Administrator to respond to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries promptly. You will build rapport with customers, guide them into the vehicle-buying journey, schedule appointments for the sales team, and follow up on leads.

Strong communication and CRM experience are preferred. The role offers bonuses based on appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability, with total rewards including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
