Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in automotive or B2B environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and explain CarGuys Nation's services to prospects.
• Pursue new business via outbound sales, including cold calling and email campaigns.
• Assess client needs and tailor recruitment solutions for dealerships.
• Build relationships as a trusted advisor to dealership clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
