Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position of Assistant Manager

Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.

About the Position of Service Manager

Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality, timely vehicle repairs. Communicates with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
