Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality service and timely repairs. Also responsible for sales initiatives and customer communication.

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
