$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety.
Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Also drives sales initiatives and communicates with customers regarding automotive needs.
