Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

  • We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Saginaw, MI. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.
  • Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, and maintaining safety.
  • Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Communicates with customers to assess needs and provide information about repairs.

Qualifications
