Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required (AR, AP, billing, office clerk, or office manager level).
• Comfortable working with dealer management systems (DMS).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt and record all monies received on vehicle deals.
• Organize and review deal paperwork for completeness.
• Process dealer trades and ensure correct inventory recording.
• Apply cash receipts to appropriate accounts and assist with discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of accounting documents.
