Cooper Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Edmond, OK corporate offices. Responsibilities include posting daily cash receipts and EFTs, reviewing vehicle deals and incentives, and reconciling AR schedules.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with customers and internal teams are essential. Qualifications include AR/AP experience in automotive retail, CDK and ADP experience preferred, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• AR/AP experience in automotive retail is required or preferred.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Aufgaben

• Post daily cash receipts and electronic payments to general ledger.
• Review deals and process incentives, contracts, and funding paperwork.
• Reconcile AR schedules and resolve billing issues.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Maintain communication with customers, lending institutions, and internal departments regarding balances.
