Job summary

Partly is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Austin to bridge our team with customers, translating industry needs into technical capabilities. You will work with large data sets, learn quickly, and contribute to onboarding experiences for automotive industry clients.

You will collaborate with engineering to define requirements, build integrations, and continuously improve customer outcomes through hands-on experimentation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large data sets and extracting insights
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and terminology
• Interest in automotive industry and AI tech

Responsibilities

• Be the customer: become a super-user of Partly’s inventory management system and the Partly PIM
• Scope, develop, and implement user-centric solutions for onboarding customers
• Build integrations across systems within the Partly Platform
• Work closely with the Engineering team to provide clear requirements and guidance for product development
• Engage with customers during testing phases and provide constructive feedback for improvements
