Quirk Auto Dealerships is excited to offer an Aftersales Coordinator role in a fast-paced automotive environment. You’ll assist customers with paperwork, warranties, and after-sale items while maintaining a positive experience after delivery.

Role requires strong organization, multitasking, and reliable follow-up with customers, management, lenders, and internal teams to finalize each transaction.

Qualifications

• May require ability to communicate with customers and financial institutions.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced automotive setting.
• Ability to follow up with customers after delivery for additional signatures or documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items.
• Help resolve outstanding issues professionally and maintain a positive customer experience after the vehicle has been delivered.
• Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.
• Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.
