Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is hiring an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will assist customers with paperwork, warranties, and after-sale items, and maintain open communication with customers, management, lenders, and internal teams.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple deals and work days, nights and weekends in a dynamic dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items.
• Help resolve outstanding issues professionally and maintain a positive customer experience after the vehicle has been delivered.
• Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.
• Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.
