3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Leader to enable US and Canada field growth through data-driven processes, analytics, and incentives. You will partner with division leadership and cross-functional teams to drive Commercial Excellence initiatives and improve efficiency.

This on-site role at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN requires strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, leadership in sales operations, and the ability to manage complex data,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
Five (5) years of sales, sales operations, business analytics, marketing, business development and/or business operations in a private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

Drives and designs customer facing data management processes and sales analytics to support strategic and operational business objectives.
Leads projects to improve efficiency and competitiveness across data and sales processes including CRM and forecasting.
Coaches sales and division leadership on objective setting, performance management, and use of AI tools.
Drives and coaches Sales Incentive Compensation Framework and Sales Performance Management with sales leaders.
