Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Irving, TX to support its growing dealership network. The role focuses on AR processes, including manufacturer receivables, WebDealer activity, and timely reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of dealership accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with automotive DMS systems. Strong communication across departments is essential for accurate cash flow management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of dealership accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile, deposit, and post daily payments across all departments.
• Manage chargebacks, returns, bad checks, and file IRS Form 8300 as required.
• Review and maintain assigned accounting schedules.
• Approve fixed-operations credit overrides.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely collection of receivables.
