Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk for our Doylestown, PA team. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a top-tier benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match.

Responsibilities include coding invoices, month-end reconciliations, and document preparation in collaboration with office leadership. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior accounts payable experience preferred; minimum 1 year in automotive or retail accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across levels.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and remit to the office daily.
• Review prior month’s parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruition.
• Compile documents for month end reconciliation and review with managers.
• Keep records of dirty and clean cores and manage returns.
• Collect PFR amounts.
• Assist in internet function when necessary.
