Job summary

Faulkner Automotive Group in Trevose, PA is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. Training is provided and automotive experience is a plus but not required.

You will handle basic to intermediate accounting tasks for multiple Faulkner dealerships, post AR/AP invoices, and generate reports while protecting sensitive information.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth within a large family-owned dealer group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate accounting operations and create reports.
• Post accounts receivable and/or payable invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Protect valuable company/customer information.
