Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Doylestown team. We provide training and opportunities for growth, along with a top-tier benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and paid vacation.

Responsibilities include coding invoices, reconciling month-end items with the Parts and Office Managers, maintaining core records, and assisting with internet functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior accounts payable experience preferred in automotive or retail accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and remit them to the office daily.
• Review month’s parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruition.
• Compile documents for month end reconciliation and review with management.
• Keep records of dirty and clean cores and manage returns.
• Collect PFR amounts.
• Assist in internet functions when necessary.
