Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Doylestown team. This full-time role offers training, career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation.

You will code invoices, perform month-end preparation with the Parts and Office teams, and maintain accurate vendor records while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced automotive office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior accounts payable experience preferred; automotive/retail accounting exposure a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and remit them to the office daily.
• Review prior month’s parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruition.
• Compile documents for month-end reconciliation and review with Parts/General/Office Managers.
• Keep records of cores and follow through with returns.
• Collect PFR amounts.
• Assist in internet function when necessary.
