Job summary

Teton Toyota, part of the Teton Auto Group, seeks an organized accounting and administrative professional to support general accounting, warranty, sales, and customer service functions at our Idaho Falls dealership.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, handling payables/receivables, posting deals, managing titles, and assisting with warranty submissions. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematics and general accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CDK/Auto Masters.
• Knowledge of ADP a plus.
• College degree or 1-2 years of office/accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting & Financial Support: post invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, balance petty cash, assist reconciliations.
• Vehicle Sales & Deal Processing: finalize deals, post entries, manage titles, and update sales boards.
• Warranty & Service: process warranty claims, monitor payment, maintain records, liaise with manufacturers.
• Customer Service & Admin: answer calls, distribute mail, support office tasks.
