Loyalty Automotive is seeking an Office Manager to join our accounting team at one of our franchised locations in Virginia. This role supports the daily accounting functions for a busy dealership group.

The Office Manager will handle journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements while ensuring policy compliance and regulatory adherence. Automotive experience is preferred and pre-employment checks are required.

Qualificações

• Accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Automotive experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of the accounting functions for one franchised location.
• Journal entry posting, general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
• Cash receipts and cash disbursements.
• Monthly and annual financial statements preparation.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
