Job summary

Flow Automotive Companies is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the dealership accounting and business office functions in Winston-Salem, NC. The role includes supervising all office activities, analyzing expenses and communicating results to management.

Responsibilities include month-end/year-end closings, maintaining chart of accounts, fixed assets, cash and bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly tax reports for sales, leases and tires. CDK experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent working knowledge of dealership accounting and business office functions.
• Ability to supervise all office functions.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all office functions.
• Analyze expenses, assets, liabilities and communicate findings to General Manager and department managers.
• Produce, maintain and submit manufacturer financial statements.
• Maintain chart of accounts.
• Month end and Year end closing procedures.
• Maintain Fixed Assets; floor plan, daily payoffs and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain daily cash reconciliations; reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales, lease and tire tax reports.
• Reconcile all schedules and dealer finance reserve statements.
