Qualifications

• Experience supervising office functions and managing accounting workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings to leadership.
• Experience preparing financial statements and coordinating month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all office functions.
• Analyze expenses, assets, liabilities and report findings to General Manager and managers.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements.
• Maintain a chart of accounts.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Oversee floor plan activities, daily payoffs and monthly reconciliations.
• Conduct daily cash reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file monthly sales, lease and tire tax reports.
• Reconcile all schedules and dealer finance reserve statements.
• CDK experience preferred, but not required.
