You will review car deals, post transfers, and prepare month-end workpapers while leveraging MS Excel and CDK systems. Strong communication and detail orientation are required; this role offers growth opportunities within a fast‑growing retail automotive brand.

Qualifications

• Well versed in using MS Excel.
• CDK proficiency required; industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small.

Responsibilities

• Review and bill car deals.
• Daily deposit
• Post electronic fund transfers.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and book adjusting journal entries as necessary.
• Produce month-end workpapers to address specific financial results/metrics to be used as part of the monthly financial reporting package.
