Job summary

Dan Wolf Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Aftermarket Advisor to energize the Aftermarket Department. You will coordinate vehicle accessory installations, ensure smooth execution, and deliver top-tier customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with open availability preferred, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, holidays, a strong pay plan with bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and growth

Qualifications

• Sales experience or background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle accessory installations and ensure quality control of delivered vehicles
• Schedule repairs for aftermarket vendors and assist guests with RO details
• Provide timely updates to guests and maintain clear communication
• Assist Accessories Manager with retrieval of RO information for monthly reporting
• Close out work orders and assist with loaner vehicle coordination
• Identify opportunities to upsell accessory packages and deliver full explanations to guests
