Job summary

Werner Auto Team in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Aftermarket Parts Installation Technician who installs aftermarket components on cars and SUVs, maintaining quality workmanship and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work on custom builds, exotic cars & trucks, with opportunities for growth into senior tech or leadership roles. Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license to perform installations and navigate shop systems.

Qualifications

• Experience installing aftermarket accessories for cars and trucks.
• Experience with mount and balance, suspension components is a huge plus.
• Must possess your own set of professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories (Cold air intakes, dash cameras and more).
• Inspect completed repairs and installations to ensure quality and vehicle readiness for return to service while maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with internal team members and customers when needed.
• Navigate shop systems and accurately document work orders.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and develop professional skills.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment.
• Work with your team to provide excellent customer service.
