Responsibilities

• Sell aftermarket and OEM products to customers buying new or used vehicles.
• Explain features and benefits of accessories and services clearly.
• Sales and installation coordination for various accessories.
• Meet monthly sales goals and assist other team members.
• Coordinate vehicle walk-around prior to installation and delivery.
• Process GM vouchers, rewards points and warranty paperwork.
• Provide follow-up services to inspire repeat business.
