Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
• Lead and facilitate the sale and installation of aftermarket/OEM products.
• Offer additional ancillary products/services to enhance the original purchase.
• Stay informed of new automobile products and accessories.
• Coordinate and assist other salespersons in the store.
• Complete vehicle walk-around prior to install/delivery and ensure high-quality installation.
• Quality check on each item requested by the customer.
• Process GM Vouchers, Rewards points, and warranty paperwork.
• Provide follow-up services to inspire repeat and referral business.
