Job summary

Balise Auto Group is seeking qualified automotive technicians with a focus on production and customer satisfaction. The role offers weekly pay and a modern, climate-controlled facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

The ideal candidate has automotive education or equivalent experience, a proven track record as an A or B level technician, and ASE certifications are a plus. Balise supports ongoing training, uniforms, toolboxes, and a strong promotion path within the service department.

Qualifications

• Warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair work per dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of workmanship.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety policies and waste disposal guidelines.
