Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking an Automation Control Room Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, supervise staff, and optimize processes across all departments at ES3 York. You will monitor performance, coordinate automation and cross-dock activities, and drive continuous improvements to meet KPI targets.

The role requires 2–5 years of warehouse leadership, a related degree, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management required.
• 2–5 years general warehouse experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to plan manpower across departments and optimize production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grocery warehouse operations and staffing.
• Monitor productivity, shipping, and crane utilization.
• Coordinate with OCC manager to synchronize processes from automation, manual selection, and cross-dock.
• Handle customer fielding and issue estimates.
