Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking an Automation Control Room Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at ES3 York. You will supervise Grocery Warehouse Associates, manage manpower allocations, monitor production and inventory, and drive loss reduction and efficiency improvements across automation and manual processes to meet KPI targets.

Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential. Travel is required; the environment includes a perishable warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations and supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of grocery warehouse associates.
• Coordinate manpower across departments for optimal fill rates.
• Identify losses and lead improvement strategies.
• Assist in synchronizing automation and manual processes to reduce congestion.
• Handle customer calls and provide timely responses and severity estimates.
• Coordinate last-minute store orders.
• Provide coaching to improve performance and retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
