Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across its production lines in Commerce City, CO. You will install and commission new automation and equipment, building TPM practices to reduce downtime and stabilize output.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic expertise, and familiarity with PLCs and robotics.

Qualifications

Associates degree or comparable training/experience.
5+ years in complex manufacturing maintenance.
Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production lines.
Install, integrate, and commission new production equipment and automation.
Build and sustain TPM practices to cut downtime and stabilize output.
Oversee spare parts using Kanban and ensure critical items are on hand.
Analyze reliability data to target improvements and reduce downtime.
