Job summary

Principle Business Enterprises, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to service presses and perform facilities maintenance, including low voltage electrical and plumbing.

The role requires safety‑conscious, hands‑on technicians who can work with TPM and Kaizen teams to reduce downtime, execute preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability across production lines.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3 years related experience.
• Good attendance record required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Excellent mechanical skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Trained in lockout/tagout and safety conscious.
• Perform maintenance on presses and production equipment.
• Lead preventive maintenance items planning and action; perform preventive maintenance.
• Aide TPM team in downtime issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively and sign out parts after maintenance.
