Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an automation test engineer to develop and execute automated tests across web and microservice architectures. You will work with developers, product managers, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust quality across functional, integration, and performance testing.

Required are hands-on Java automation experience, familiarity with CI/CD, and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and UI testing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on automated test coding in Java (or development in C++/C#).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with BDD tools (Cucumber) and Java frameworks (Spring/Springboot).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and UI testing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities including test case, requirements and design reviews.
• Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Defines automated testing components with developers and product managers.
• Executes automated tests on Web Front end and microservices; validates DB, logging, and UI outcomes.
• Assists Scrum estimation and CI integration for testing efforts.
• Contributes to cross-functional teamwork in Agile lifecycle.
