Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks aQA automation engineer to develop automated test scripts in Java and run tests for web front end and microservice architectures.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and the CI/CD team to implement test automation, perform UI/API/DB validations, and contribute to agile ceremonies. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of automation experience are required, with Serenity/Cucumber and federal IT program exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on automated test coding using Java (or development with C++/C#).
• Experience with CI/CD, Cucumber/Serenity, Java frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot).
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities including test case, requirements, and design reviews.
• Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Collaborates with developers, product managers, and shared services to define automation components.
• Delivers automated tests for Web Front end and microservice architectures and validates UI, DB, and APIs.
