Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join an Agile team. You will develop automated test scripts in Java, contribute to test plans, and execute tests across web front-end and microservices.

The role requires hands-on Java automation, CI/CD experience, and collaboration with developers, product managers, and testers to improve quality through automation and data-driven testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on automated test coding using Java.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities including test case, requirements and design reviews.
• Executes test events and documents debriefs on test results.
• Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Work with developers, shared services, and product managers to define automated testing components.
• Drive test automation techniques and CI integration.
• Develop using Java and test Web Front end and microservice architecture.
• Run validations across DB, rules, logging, reporting, and UI.
• Assist with Scrum estimation of stories and sizing to include test automation efforts.
• Contribute to cross-functional teamwork within the Agile lifecycle.
