Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design and execute automated tests, develop test scripts, and validate functional and performance requirements for large-scale federal IT systems.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and CI/CD pipelines, applying Serenity, Selenium, Cucumber, and Java in both web front-end and microservices contexts, and participate in Scrum team estimation and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on automated test coding experience using Java (or development experience with C++ or C#).
• Experience with CI/CD and testing frameworks (Cucumber, Serenity).
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA activities including test case, requirements and design reviews.
• Executes test events (test plan, scripts, schedule, report).
• Develops automated test scripts to validate requirements.
• Collaborates with developers and product managers to define automated testing components.
• Drives test automation techniques and CI engagement.
