Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Application Engineer to join our Systems team. The role covers end-user concepting, technical planning, software/controls know-how, and field support for AS/RS, AGV, and PIT systems, with interfaces to customer WMS/WCS.

This position requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to deliver end-to-end warehouse solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Project.
• Experience with Power Pick Global and iWarehouse Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and sales and manage training.

Responsibilities

• Support software and controls interfaces with customer WMS/WCS.
• Install, configure, and train end-users on Raymond software.
• Develop estimates with RW Sales and assist in product orders and docs.
• Lead on-site installation and acceptance testing.
