Job summary

Raymond West in Cypress, CA is seeking an Application Engineer to join our Systems team. You will handle end-user concepting, technical planning, software/controls know‑how, testing, field support, installation, and post‑installation support for automated equipment including AS/RS, AGVs, and PIT.

Responsibilities include advising automation applications, renewing licenses, installing software and automation at customer sites, training end‑users, and collaborating with sales on specifications and

Qualifications

Engineering background with 5+ years in application, design, and installation of mechanical systems or equivalent.
Experience with automation systems including AS/RS, AGV, PIT is preferred.
Ability to develop and interpret project schedules and requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop estimates with RW Sales as needed.
Provide software and applications support for Raymond West Systems Account Specialists.
Install, configure and train on Power Pick Global, Supervisor software, and iWarehouse Suite.
Maintain and renew software support renewals and licenses.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
