Job summary

Raymond West in California is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our Systems team on intralogistics storage and automation projects. You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and Raymond West sales and credit personnel to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes managing project scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on quality and safety. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with project management tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience as specified; relevance to distribution center storage and automation.
• Preferred PMP or related degree for higher compatibility.
• Experience in design, application, or installation within storage/automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate all storage and automation project activities from assignment to final invoicing.
• Maintain project gross profit and minimize cost overruns.
• Create and publish Gantt charts and milestones.
• Approve installation documents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits for milestones and closeout with crew and customer.
• Manage internal job costs and customer change orders.
