Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a highly analytical automation specialist to join our on-site New York team. You will own servicing workflows, from intake to delivery, and relentlessly pursue automation improvements within insurance servicing environments.

You’ll work with Python, SQL, and other tools to analyze data, design automation, and partner with product and engineering to implement scalable solutions. The role emphasizes edge-case design and measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to break down messy processes into rules, decisions, and edge cases.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to learn new systems quickly and see how tools fit together.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical teams to translate operations knowledge into automation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own workflows end to end, from intake to final delivery, understanding inputs, decisions, dependencies, and exceptions.
• Use technical tools to analyze data, automate problems, and create leverage across workflows.
• Automate and continuously improve processes by codifying steps and reducing manual work over time.
• Design for edge cases by identifying exceptions, decision rules, escalation paths, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements and test new capabilities in real work.
• Measure success by speed, reliability, and reduced manual effort rather than volume processed.
