You will combine software development with LLM prompt engineering and rapid prototyping to translate business problems into working solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on scripting with Python/JavaScript for tooling and automations.
• Experience designing and testing prompts for LLMs in real workflows.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine prompts and multi-step AI workflows for sales and internal processes.
• Engineer workflow logic with routing, conditionals, and evaluation steps to improve reliability and tone.
• Build internal tools and automations using Python/JavaScript.
• Prototype AI-powered applications and tools to move ideas to usable solutions.
• Create testing methods to measure output quality and impact of changes.
• Diagnose problems, map workflows, and iterate toward practical solutions.
