Job summary

You will support day-to-day workflows, partner with tech and trading teams, and apply data analysis to drive efficiency. A STEM background and Python/Alteryx interest are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in operations, middle office, data, or analytics role.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or Alteryx.
• Strong interest in process automation and efficiency improvement.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skill.

Operations Analyst (Automation Focus) – NYC

Riva Recruiting is partnering with a leading buy-side platform in New York that is continuing to invest heavily in automation across its operations team. The firm is open to high-upside junior talent and is willing to teach the business and lifecycle to the right individual with strong technical curiosity

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trade and operational workflows across asset classes
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve manual processes
• Partner with operations, technology, and trading teams on workflow enhancement
• Assist with data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting task

Requirement

• 1-5 years of experience in operations, middle office, data, or analytics role
