Extends beyond UI automation to integration-heavy smoke and sanity testing across PAS, billing, claims, commissions, and portals.
Implements API-level and contract tests to ensure data consistency, schema integrity, and business rule compliance.
Builds hybrid automation combining UI, API, batch, and database validations for end-to-end insurance flows.
Validates that policy updates trigger correspondence, portal updates, premium recalculations, and accurate financial postings.
Collaborates with product, business, and integration teams to align automation with real-world insurance scenarios.
Supports frequent releases with reliable regression coverage and fast, trustworthy feedback for production readiness.
